Detroit Burgundy Light Cuting foam pad is a light cutting 
foam pad. To be used on new paints as a one-step cutting 
and polishing pad, delivering the combination of light cu
tting action and gloss performance. Or in any process fo
llowing-up on the previous harder pads to remove light swir
ls. Detroit chooses a European foam of 80 PPI with a bevel 
edge design. A durable hard backing for heat resistance, 
washable and suitable for the high torque of a dual action 
machine. Using it in combination with a one-step cutting 
compound or medium polish, it will be capable of removing 
2500 - 3500 grit sanding scratches. Perfect for removal of 
light scratches, swirls and other paint imperfections.
